2. Data collected and purposes

We collect data provided voluntarily through website forms (pre-enrolment, contact) exclusively for:

• Responding to enquiries
• Managing the pre-enrolment process for our facilities
• Fulfilling PAB regulatory obligations

3. Legal basis for processing

Processing is based on the data subject's consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for communications, and on the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for the enrolment process.

4. Data retention

Pre-enrolment data is retained for as long as necessary to manage the admission process and to comply with legal obligations (maximum 10 years for accounting records). Contact data is deleted within 12 months of the reply.

5. Recipients of data

Data may be shared with: the Social District (for the PAB waiting list), partner municipalities (for the municipal contribution), and the PAB Family Agency (for reporting purposes). Data is never sold or passed to third parties for marketing.

6. Data residency

All data is processed and stored exclusively within the European Union, in compliance with the GDPR and PAB security requirements.
